Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Digital & CRM team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management (CRM), online-merge-offline (OMO) marketing, and retail operations within a global sports brand.

The ideal candidate is a senior university student or graduate student with a strong interest in CRM, digital marketing, and data analysis, who is eager to contribute ideas and learn through practical execution.

Qualifications
• Senior undergraduate or graduate student.
• Able to commajoring in Communications or Sports-related disciplines, e.g. Mass/ Information Communication or Sports Management.mit a minimum of 20 working hours per week for at least 6 months.
• Strong interest in CRM strategies, digital and channel marketing, and consumer data analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with basic data organization skills.
• Experience in copywriting or creating promotional/marketing content is a plus—for example, designing event posters or managing social media pages for student clubs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Trend Analysis and Competitive Research
• Conduct market research on CRM strategies across industries and competitors, including loyalty programs and customer engagement mechanisms, to support internal sharing and strategic planning.
• Apply a sports-centric mindset and leverage data insights to help identify opportunities for enhancing member loyalty and acquiring new customers.

2. LINE Official Account (LINE OA) Operations Support
• Support the planning and execution of daily operations, including audience segmentation setup, reward configuration, and reference gathering for communication materials.
• Participate in initial planning and brainstorming for digital engagement campaigns and assist with projects execution tasks.

3. Trade Marketing and Gift-with-purchase (GWP) Ideation
• Research and collect ideas for compelling GWP designs and cross-industry collaborations to support trade marketing campaigns with creative input.

4. General Administrative Support
• Provide administrative assistance as needed to ensure smooth coordination and execution of team projects.
